General Policy All refund requests are subject to verification of the original purchase. Customers must produce the original tax invoice at the time of requesting a refund. Advance Payments Advance payments made for jewellery bookings are generally non-refundable once manufacturing, customization, engraving, hallmarking, stone setting, or any special work has commenced. If the order is cancelled before production begins, the refund of the advance may be approved after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges. 3. Ready Stock Jewellery For ready-stock jewellery that has not been delivered: Refund requests may be considered at the sole discretion of Shree Shankar Jewellers. Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for administrative expenses and any loss arising from fluctuations in gold or silver prices. 4. Customized or Made-to-Order Jewellery Refunds are not available for: Customized jewellery Special-order designs Name-engraved ornaments Jewellery manufactured according to customer specifications Orders where manufacturing has commenced 5. Gold & Silver Price Fluctuation As the prices of gold and silver change daily: Refund calculations, where applicable, shall be based on the terms agreed at the time of booking. Any difference due to market price fluctuations may be adjusted while processing the refund. 6. Returned Products Refunds will not be issued for jewellery that: Has been worn or used. Shows signs of damage, alteration, resizing, polishing, or repair by any third party. Is missing certificates, invoices, tags, or original packaging, where applicable. 7. Refund Method Approved refunds will be made through: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) Original mode of digital payment Account Payee Cheque Cash refunds shall be made only where permitted by applicable laws and company policy. 8. Refund Processing Time Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of approval. 9. Management Rights Shree Shankar Jewellers reserves the right to: Approve or decline any refund request after verification. Deduct applicable charges, including manufacturing costs, labour charges, hallmarking charges, stone-setting charges, wastage, administrative expenses, and applicable taxes where permitted.
