The policy aims to ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance with applicable laws while protecting the interests of both the customer and the business. ## 1. Cancellation Request Customers wishing to cancel an order must: * Submit a cancellation request in writing at the showroom or through the official communication channel. * Provide the original purchase invoice or booking receipt. * Present a valid government-issued photo identity proof for verification. * Mention the reason for cancellation. ## 2. Cancellation Before Manufacturing If the order is cancelled before manufacturing or customization has started: * The cancellation request may be considered after verification. * Any eligible refund of the advance amount will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges, if any. ## 3. Cancellation After Manufacturing Begins Once the manufacturing process has started, including: * Jewellery casting * Custom designing * Engraving * Hallmarking * Stone setting * Polishing * Any other customer-specific work the order shall generally **not be eligible for cancellation**, and the advance amount may be forfeited to recover expenses incurred. ## 4. Ready Stock Jewellery For ready-stock jewellery booked but not yet delivered: * Cancellation requests may be reviewed by the management. * If approved, the refund (if applicable) may be subject to deductions for administrative costs and any loss resulting from fluctuations in gold or silver prices. ## 5. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled Cancellation will generally not be permitted for: * Customized jewellery * Special-order ornaments * Name-engraved jewellery * Jewellery manufactured to customer specifications * Orders already delivered to the customer ## 6. Gold & Silver Price Fluctuation Since precious metal prices are subject to daily market fluctuations: * Cancellation settlements shall be governed by the terms agreed at the time of booking. * Any financial impact arising from market price fluctuations may be adjusted while calculating the refund, where applicable. ## 7. Cancellation Approval Process 1. Customer submits a cancellation request. 2. Order details and payment records are verified. 3. Manufacturing status is confirmed. 4. The management reviews the request. 5. The customer is informed of the decision. 6. If approved, the refund (after applicable deductions) is processed through the original payment method or bank transfer. ## 8. Refund Timeline Approved refunds will generally be processed within **7–15 working days**, subject to verification and applicable deductions. ## 9.
